Do you provide the country specific volume?
Yes we do. You need to sign up for an account and then choose your local country and then add local columns to your list from the "Customize Columns" screen.
Where do you get search volume for Amazon, Youtube & Ebay from?
Amazon, Youtube and Ebay (and the other companies) do not release their search volume. We therefore show the search volume, cpc and competition metrics from the Google Adwords API for all the searches at KeywordKeg. Since the search volume for a keyword at Google and at Amazon/Youtube etc will be proportional, one can easily compare keywords based on the Google search volume.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30 day no questions asked refund policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the software, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund your payment.
What payments methods do you support?
We use the 2Checkout payment gateway. You can pay via Credit card, Debit card or PayPal through the 2Checkout interface.
What languages and countries does the tool currently support?
We currently only support the English language and the following countries - Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom & United States. We will be adding support for other countries & languages in the future.

What is Search Speed?
Using the "Search Speed" selection you can control how fast the suggest APIs are called by your browser. By default the tool will use the "Fast" option and the table will be populated with search results in the fastest way possible. However, if an API temporarily blocks your IP address (for calling the API too often), you will see an error message stating the same. At this point, you can choose to continue the search with a slower option. If you have multiple users using the same IP (for example everyone in your office uses the same IP), then you may need to use a slower option to use the tool.
I see an error that the API has temporarily stopped returning results for this search. What do I do?
The tool shows this error, if your computer has been calling the suggest APIs too often. This can happen if you are using too many countries/languages in your search or if other users share the same IP as you (for example everyone in your office uses the same IP).
At this point you can do one of the following :
- Reduce the number of countries/languages.
- Reduce the Search Speed to "Medium" or "Slow"
- Do nothing. When the tool shows this error, it pauses the search and then automatically restarts it after 10 minutes. You can leave your browser open and get yourself a cup of coffee. When you get back, the search will automatically have completed.
